Greetings! My name is Roselly Traverso and I have always loved cooking. The most beautiful memories I have with my family and friends revolve around cooking and the immense satisfaction I feel when they try my creations.

I started by watching videos and practicing recipes on my own. Then I took several different baking and bread courses to expand my knowledge and techniques.
