Tembleque (pre-order)

The classic Puerto Rican dessert in a cookie! We managed to create a coconut-based cookie and filled it with a piece of homemade Tembleque with 100% natural coconut milk and decorated it with a Coquito glaze and a little cinnamon. Perfection!
