Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription plan or pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

SUBSCRIPTION PLAN POLICY:

1.      Subscription Plan and Pricing

We offer a loyalty program through a subscription plan with product perks and features. Details regarding the subscription plan are available on our website. Subscription price is subject to change, but existing subscribers will be notified in advance.

2.      Subscription Activation and Payment

Upon subscribing, your chosen payment method will be charged immediately for the initial subscription term. Subscription renewals will be charged automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

3.      Billing and Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, among others. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date.

4.      Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our website. Cancelling your subscription will stop future automatic renewals, but you will have access to the subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.

5.      Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid, including in cases of unused subscription periods. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors on our part.

6.      Subscription Modifications

Any changes to your subscription plan will take effect immediately, with adjusted billing for the next billing cycle.

7.      Termination of Subscription

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription at any time for violations of our terms of service or subscription policy. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

8.      Changes to the Subscription Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this subscription policy at any time without prior notice. Changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

PRE-ORDERS POLICY:

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund.
